ZELTO granite sinks are covered by a 10-year warranty. Handmade stainless steel sinks, recessed stainless steel sinks, as well as kitchen and bathroom faucets, are covered by a one-year warranty.

Pickup from our premises in Thessaloniki is free. For shipping across Greece a charge applies depending on the method you choose (freight company - depot or ELTA Courier).

Yes, within 14 days in its original packaging, provided the product has not been opened.

Yes, our granite sinks show excellent resistance to high temperatures, as long as contact is brief. Specifically, the granite sink can withstand temperatures up to +250°C without any problem for a short time (e.g. if you place a pot on it for 10-20 seconds). However, if you leave a hot pot directly on the surface for a long time, there is a risk of thermal shock, which may slightly alter the sink's shade at that spot. Tip from our tests: in our own control experiments, we placed a vessel heated to +150°C for 30 minutes (until it cooled almost completely) and the sink suffered no alteration whatsoever! For the absolute protection of your sink, however, we recommend using a trivet for very hot cookware.
